Almost everybody in the office feels sitting in the tall office chair. Even most of them need to sit on it everyday. Every chair is designed for a good purpose. But, this tall office chair will not work well if the person does not know how to use this chair in a good way. This chair has some benefits for us, not only for the body, but also for the eyes.
Starts from the Standing leg
To correct the way of sit, it is important to make sure that the height of the chair is good for the body. Adjust the height from the leg of the chair. Make sure that the height of the leg will possibly let us sit straight while sitting on the tall office chair. Do not force yourself to sit in the chair that is too high or too low. The foot can be leaned on the cross beams of the table. Arrange the distance from the body to the table; do not sit too far or too close.
For the monitor, it is better that the angle is adjusted to the correct position. The good position for the monitor is 20 degree. Make sure that the screen is not facing down or too high. Also, set up the good brightness for the screen. The brighter the screen is, your eyes will be tired for quick. Also, the wrong position of the screen makes the eyes take higher effort to look at the screen than it should be.
For the distance of the eyes, make sure that you sit for 20 to 28cm from the screen to the tall office chair to make sure that you keep your eyes healthy. Do not sit too close because it makes you feel fatigue and sleepy quickly. Take pause in every one hour to rest the eyes from the screen.
